Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our Commitment
We take pride in the quality of our custom PVC and embroidered patches. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we offer refunds and returns under certain conditions.
Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Initiating a Return: Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or item arrived damaged).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Refund Exclusions: Please note that some items are not eligible for refunds, such as custom-designed patches that meet your approved specifications.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation, at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be possible due to order processing.
